IMOS is looking for a smart, driven, graduate to join our dynamic Santa Cruz team. People who have been successful in this position have had degrees in Nutrition, Film, History, Business Marketing, Broadcast Engineering, and Sociology. IMOS offers thorough on the job training in this entry level position. This position will offer skill building opportunities in website maintenance, project management, customer success, digital marketing, google analytics, and more.

As the AAM you will be completing day to day website requests. The AAM will work in the back end to make basic edits to websites. They will also send support tickets to other companies and follow up on those requests. You will communicate with clients, and be on the Account Manager career path. Your ability to quickly complete projects and your excellent communication skills will help build the value of IMOS to our clients! IMOS Consulting has a highly collaborative approach and as such, the AAM will work on many teams simultaneously. 

About You

Are you extremely self motivated and not afraid to ask questions to get the job done quickly and accurately? You learn quickly, and thrive working on many projects simultaneously. Your mantra in this position will be “I finished that. What else can I do?”. You are motivated to pick up a project, however far along, and finish it in its entirety. We’ll call you our ticket destroyer (or something cooler if you can come up with it). Most of all, you are a team player and have a positive attitude towards problem solving.

Duties will include but are not limited to:        

• THOROUGH JOB DUTY TRAINING PROVIDED

  Review meeting notes and deliver thorough, detailed, and relevant project management updates to clients and internal team members

  Work in monday.com project management software to manage and track tasks

  Work with third party support and team members to complete action items

  Work in backend interfaces to make updates to websites

  Look critically at the layout and context of client sites and recognize errors

  Fix/report errors when discovered and catalogue using project management software

  Export and deliver monthly Google Data Studios reporting

  Work in CRM software to build and send email blasts

  Perform and report on secret shops for clients

  Interface directly with IMOS local clients for any website requests

  Will be trained in Google Analytics and proprietary reporting 

  Some travel required

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

We love this dynamic and flexible slice of the industry where tech meets automotive. We have an office in Downtown Capitola (Santa Cruz, CA). This position can be remote but will require quarterly in person meetings.
