Gianna Swails
Gianna grew up in Nevada City, California. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Cal Poly. She currently lives in Santa Cruz, California.
Gianna has been working at IMOS since 2010 and has held many roles during that time, her current role is the Director of Business Development.
The Director of Business Development (DBD) oversees the implementation of business objectives for a company's sales, marketing, and business development teams. They compare current sales to quotas, delegate tasks, and develop sales and marketing processes. The DBD is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and creating new sales areas. They also research the latest trends in the industry and train junior salespeople. The DBD collaborates with the executive team on growth, HR, sales, and marketing. Additionally, they manage and train team members and work to improve product performance.
